We are all social scientists -reflecting on situations, trying to analyse what is happening and then hopefully making the correct judgments - however we often need to complement our abilities and experience.This consultancy has two elements:

Firstly it will provide open knowledge, based on my experience and the latest business theory, for those who are looking for such a perspective. I am an associate fellow of Warwick Business School and module organizer for Innovation and Creativity in Organizations, as well as lecturing in strategy. From January 2010 there will be at least one new resource posted every month.

Secondly, to work with companies to develop policies which are reflect respect for individuals and communities whilst providing sound business opportunities. People make things happen. My approach is to help you uncover your underutilized strengths and resolve conflict where it exists.
