I am valued for turning issues that once were complex and opaque into something that is suddenly 'obvious', clear and workable.

My work can be characterised as taking a panoramic view and then focusing down to the issue. There are no simple solutions and my recommendation is to avoid 'off the shelf' approaches in favour of understanding your organisation with the eye of an outsider.

In situations where even defining the problem is difficult the result of my involvement is to bring clarity and produce resolution. I bring an independence of thought with an ability to empathise and understand your situation.

From being caught up in a tangle of mis-understandings and cross-experiences my fundamental approach is to produce strategies and options that find acceptance with the parties and lead to reflection and learning for all those involved.

I am able to instigate and unfold a dialogue- individually or with groups - and become an active participant in a way that lends itself to a successful and satisfying outcome. My aim is to move people and organisations from the vagueness of ambiguity to the delineation of clear choices.
